NHA’s Water Committee is excited to welcome new Vice Chair, Briana Gallagher, MPA, PMP. Briana is Water Resources Project Manager at the San Jacinto River Authority where she has worked for the past 7 years. Prior to a career in Water Resources at SJRA, Briana served 5 years in the United States Marine Corp where she was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. 

Briana holds her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a Master of Public Service and Administration with a focus on Public Management from Texas A&M University. 

She brings expertise in managing flood mitigation and infrastructure improvement projects along with experience in process improvement (DMAIC), quality assurance and control coordination, and project controls.
