The San Jacinto River Authority is planning a robust 10-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) that includes 50 miles of waterline replacement, a replacement of Wastewater Treatment Facility No. 1, a new elevated storage tank, a large diameter trunk sewer line, conversion of 6 lift stations to gravity flow, and replacement of a number of raw water canal siphons in the Highlands.
