David Ladewig is the Director of Business Development at Manhattan Construction Company and will be the new Vice Chair of NHA’s Development Committee. David is a dynamic leader who brings over a decade of experience working in operations and business development within the Houston construction industry. He has served in various leadership roles for many professional and philanthropic organizations, currently serving with St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, the Houston Marathon, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, and the Texas Tech Alumni Association’s National Board of
Directors. David is also a Leadership Houston Class XLII fellow. With the expertise he earned gaining a bachelor’s degree in architecture at Texas Tech University and a Masters of Space Architecture from the University of Houston, we look forward to what David will bring to the Committee Vice Chair position and are excited about 2025!
Jennifer Steen, P.E. is Senior Project Manager at CobbFendley & Associates and will be the new Vice Chair of NHA’s Transportation Committee.
Jennifer’s experience with NHA started over 12 years ago while working at Halff and her involvement continued through encouraging both Bleyl and CobbFendley to join the organization. Even more recently, Jennifer volunteered to help at NHA’s 40th Birthday Bash, and has assisted the Strategic Mobility Priorities subcommittee with setting up discussions with key partners. Jennifer sat on the Women in Transportation and Family Promise of Montgomery County boards and is currently serving the community as the Board of Youth at Living Savior Lutheran Church. Jennifer is also the President of the Willis High School Tennis Booster Club. We are excited to have Jennifer’s proven leadership as part of NHA’s Transportation committee and look forward to working together in the new year!
